Isn't this the cutest apartment?! America's oldest indoor mall, and a National Historic Landmark, closed over six years ago and was recently converted into an apartment building featuring 225 square feet apartments, available at only $550 a month. I love the layout and the built in seating and cabinetry. Plus it's in my favorite vacation state, Rhode Island! You can view more photos here.
